1.  Our first hour will be each group saying “hi” in whatever way you choose.  Each group gets 5 minutes. If you are going to launch a video at that time, as some are, please send information to me BY APRIL 10 so that I can manage to present them.

2.  The second and third hours will be workshops.  This is where we need help.   We need volunteer presenters, and Zoom hosts.

Here are the workshops and what we need

First Workshops

A.  Stage Presence and Performance Style.  Michael Duran (Wizards) will be a presenter.  Would like a second one to make it a panel presentation.

B.  Effective Rehearsals.  Here we need one or two presenters.   I hope a music director or two will step forward

Second Workshops

C.  Vocal Technique.   This is one for the voice teachers among you.   Here we’d want an instructor and a moderator/host.

D.  Vocal Percussion.   Some groups have dabbled in this.  More is surely on the way.   Peter Zagone (Wizards) and Michael Mararzzo (Ellas and Fellas) will be our instructors.

The final hour will be a Virtual Happy Hour–BYOB!   You’ll be put in breakout rooms to socialize with fellow AACA singers from around the country. We are also looking for one or two of you who have robust enough Zoom accounts to host a workshop that might have 30-40 people and last 50 minutes.
